Seller & Buyer Testimonials



Buyer and Seller when negotiating a business deal are looking at the exact same business case, however, usually see it from a completely different angle. While one party sees it as concave the other views the object as convex. This is why the role of a Business Intermediary is so crucial. Below are sample Seller and Buyer testimonials on some of the deals I have had the privilege to work on and lead to successful closing.


In 2009 I had the pleasure to assist Gillian in the sale of her Consulting Business. This is what she had to say about her experience working with me: "Alex - you've been great to work with! Feel free to name me as a reference in the future. I found you really helpful, responsive and ethical"





I worked with Byron and Ellen who sold their Printing Supplies & Distribution Business to Tom and Joyce in 2009. I assisted Ali and Shyroz sell their Closet Organizing Business in 2010 to Manuel.
